Arsenal CEO Ivan Gazidis has declared that fans of the Gunners will be pay the lowest prices for away tickets in the Premier League next season.

Every club from the English topflight has reached an agreement to introduce a £30 cap on away ticket prices for three years.

However, Arsenal, who have been criticized in the past for selling overpriced tickets to fans despite their miserly spending habits in the transfer market, have chosen to be even more generous to fans.

The Gunners will provide an additional £4 discount for its away supporters and reduce away ticket prices to £26.

In addition to that, the club has also frozen season ticket and match day ticket prices until 2018/19.

Arsenal have confirmed that fans who travel to away games in the Premier League next season will save up to £370 off the full price of adult tickets.

CEO Ivan Gazidis said: “We have fantastic support home and away. We know that following the club is a commitment and are always seeking to strike the right balance in our pricing.

“These steps mean that we will have held general admission season ticket prices flat for nine of the 12 years since our move to Emirates Stadium by 2018, and are also designed to make things a little easier for our travelling fans who often face the highest prices when watching Arsenal play away.

“In terms of the financial support for away fans, we have consistently been strongly in favour of doing more to help and were originally in favour of a Premier League proposal around travel initiatives which would have been even more generous to travelling fans than the £30 cap.

“Once it became clear this would not receive enough support across the Premier League clubs, we supported and directed the funds to the £30 cap plus an additional £4 ticket discount for Arsenal’s away fans.”
