‘He belongs in the second division’ – Twitter bashes Arsenal star after Sunday’s show
Theo Walcott is becoming a more unpopular figure for most of the Arsenal faithful week by week.
The England international’s goals tally dried up significantly in the second-half of the season while Arsenal’s pursuit of the Premier League collapsed.
After losing his place in the starting line-up to youngster Alex Iwobi, Walcott did little to help his chances of featuring regularly again with his underwhelming cameo on Sunday.
The 27-year-old, who has briefly been linked with a move to Manchester City, has received more harsh reviews after the 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace.
Theo Walcott's level has always been exactly where we got him from.

If only #Arsenal had British talent like Alli & Kane… Instead we have average Walcott & glass ankles Wilshere!

Theo Walcott is shit, but the moment we sell him to City, mans going to turn into a goal scoring machine, especially against us I fear.

How Theo Walcott is ahead of Joel Campbell in the pecking is beyond me

If Man City want Walcott that is excellent news. One of a few clubs stupid enough to pay good money for him (and his wages)

Theo Walcott is shit until he joins Manchester City and scores a hat trick against Arsenal.Wenger is the problem; he can't motivate anymore
