Arsene Wenger has kicked off the signing and dealing well before the start of the January transfer window.

The Arsenal manager has attracted much criticism in the past for failing to be proactive enough in his approach towards securing deals for important players.

However, Wenger appears to be improving his old habits which saw the likes of Robin van Persie, Samir Nasri and Bacary Sagna say goodbye to the club after contractual disputes.

Below were a few snapshots of the Gunners boss and the rest of Hector Bellerin’s representatives after the club’s completion of a new deal for the 21-year-old on Monday.

The last man on the right is Albert Botines, the head of ‘Goal Management’ which represents Bellerin and the man responsible for negotiating the Spaniard’s huge pay rise at Arsenal.
