Sky Sports: Arsenal transfer move for 29-year-old forward facing complications
Sky Sports have provided the latest development regarding Arsene Wenger’s potential sale of one of his most valuable players in the current squad.
The Gunners have completed two transfer moves so far this month with Konstantinos Mavropanos arriving from Greece last week before Francis Coquelin was allowed to join Valencia Thursday.
And with the future of Alexis Sanchez wrapped by serious uncertainty, there could be another sale from the Gunners on the way.
The 29-year-old has been tipped for a move to Manchester City which he came close to competing during the summer transfer window.
Rumours have deemed City as the favourites to sign Sanchez but new reports are claiming that Pep Guardiola’s side have named the price they want to pay for the forward which might not meet Arsenal’s valuation.

Sanchez was excluded from the starting eleven for the League Cup semi-final against Chelsea on Wednesday which saw the Gunners secure a 0-0 draw at Stamford Bridge.
