Picture: What Aubameyang posted after Watford game on Sunday
Arsenal striker Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang also had a few words to tweet after helping the team thrash Watford in the Premier League on Sunday.
The Gabonese striker agreed to move to the Emirates stadium during the January transfer window in a move which made him the most expensive signing in the Gunners’ history, beating the record set by Alexandre Lacazette’s arrival back in the summer of 2017.
Aubameyang did well to score on his debut for his new club against Everton at the start of last month, but his form did not pick up from there as the team went on to lose games at Wembley against Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City.
However, the 28-year-old was back on the score sheet a week ago as he scored in the 2-1 defeat away to Brighton.
And on Sunday, Aubameyang added another goal to his tally at Arsenal as Arsene Wenger’s men secured a much-needed victory over Watford.
Thus, the former Dortmund star did not hesitate to get on social media after the game…
