Ahmed Musa has launched an appeal for Arsenal to consider signing him this summer after admitting that representing the Gunners was his childhood dream.
The forward has been in sublime form for CSKA Moscow this season, racking up 12 goals in all competitions.
Arsene Wenger has once again been linked with moves for a host of attacking options this summer after his side’s notable shortage of goals this season in their pursuit of the Premier League title.
And according to Musa, who has featured regularly for CSKA in the Champions League, becoming a Gunner has been his wish.
“I would be happy if I was wanted by Arsenal. I have supported the team since the age of six” he said
“Nwankwo Kanu has been my idol since childhood. It will be fantastic to play for Arsenal.”
The 23-year-old scored the only goal of a pulsating Moscow derby on Sunday as CSKA defeated fierce rivals Spartak Moscow 1-0.
