One of Arsene Wenger’s first team stars has admitted that he would like the Gunners to approve his transfer move this summer.
Serge Gnabry, who was sold to Werder Bremen on deadline day, was the only player who left the Emirates stadium on a permanent basis last summer.
For several weeks, David Ospina looked on course to join the list of departed players after being heavily linked with a move to Besiktas which failed to happen.
This time though, another Turkish club Fenerbahce, appear to be keen on securing the services of the Colombian international.
And according to Ospina, he would not mind moving there, as long as Arsenal approve the transfer deal.
“Istanbul may be a new adventure and motivation for me,” he was quoted as saying by Daily Star
“If my club [Arsenal] are persuaded, it’s okay for me.”
