Gunners shareholder attacks Wenger after Everton game
Arsenal shareholder Piers Morgan has taken his protest about Arsene Wemger to a new level following Sunday’s match.
The Gunners secured a 3-1 victory over Everton courtesy of goals from Hector Bellerin, Alexis Sanchez and Aaron Ramsey on Sunday.
It was Arsenal’s fifth win on the bounce in the league but that was too little to late in the race for a top four finish.
And after witnessing the Gunners finish in fifth place while Londom rivals Chelsea lift another Premier League title, the criticism from Piers Morgan has resumed.
For 8yrs I've said Wenger should go.
Since then, 8 L16 exits from CL & 8 failures to win PL.
Now, 5th.
So, I say it yet again: #WengerOUT— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) May 21, 2017
