Five-year contract agreed as Arsenal land Kolasinic signing, claims Wiesweg
Arsenal have wrapped up the signing of Schalke 04 star Sead Kolasinic according to a respected German journalist.
The 23-year-old has been deemed as Arsenal’s main transfer target for over a month now after rumours circulated that he was close to a move to north London.
Kolasinac has also been pursued by Manchester City but it now appears that a decision has been made over his next club.
According to Raphael Wiesweg, the Bosnian international has agreed to sign a five-year contract with the Gunners ahead of a transfer switch.
Wiesweg is a respected Schalke-based journalist whose word is usually taken seriously, almost in the same fashion that Arsenal fans treat David Ornstein.
Of course, with Kolasinac refusing to renew his deal with the Bundesliga club, he will join the Gunners as a free agent.
