Good news for Wenger: Arsenal handed double injury boost on Friday ahead of Tottenham clash
Arsene Wenger has been handed double boost on the injury front ahead of Saturday’s clash with Tottenham Hotspur at the Emirates stadium.
The Arsenal manager has been troubled by injuries yet again this seaosn with his side struggling to keep up with league leaders Manchester City.
Wenger was missing several players two weeks ago as his side succumbed to a frustrating 3-1 defeat aagainst Pep Guardiola’s men at the Etihad stadium.
On that day, the likes of Rob Holding and Danny Welbeck were left out of the squad due to injury worries as Francis Coquelin and Alex Iwobi were handed surprise start.
However, ahead of this weekend’s clash with Tottenham, the English duo have made their way back to training with the first team squad.
