Arsenal have reportedly accepted an offer for the sale of one of the out-of-favour players from the first team squad ahead of the new season.
Unai Emery has been very active in the transfer market so far this summer after completing the signings of several players before the start of pre-season earlier last month.
The next move for the new Arsenal manager will be to offload players who are no longer of any use to the squad going forward and Lucas Perez could soon be sold.

Perez spent last season on loan at Deportivo La Coruna, the same club which he moved to the Emirates stadium from in the summer of 2016.
During his only full season at the club in the 2016/17 campaign, Perez was handed very little playing time by then Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger.
