Arsenal enter ‘advanced talks’ for signings of two players
Arsenal are now in ‘advanced talks’ to secure the signings of two players, according to respected Italian journalist Nicolo Schira.
The Gunners did not spend too heavily in the transfer market during last summer and that situation has certainly not changed so far in the January transfer window.
Even with the team struggling to challenge London rivals Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur for a place in the top four of the Premier League, the club has not shown any signs of being eager to find better players in the transfer market.
However, according to Italian journalist Nicolo Schira, Arsenal are actually in ‘advanced talks’ to secure the signings of Denis Suarez and Yannick Carrasco in the current transfer window, following weeks and weeks of speculation.
The duo have continued to be linked with moves to the Emirates stadium with Denis Suarez said to be interested in leaving Barcelona for north London before this month ends.
