The Gunners have been given some worrying news on one of Unai Emery’s key defenders after the victory over Chelsea in the Premier League on Saturday.

Emery took his side into the clash with the Blues with several players on the sidelines as fans continue to call for new signings to be made in the transfer market.

The new Arsenal manager was happy to welcome back key defender Hector Bellerin into his starting eleven after several weeks of the Spaniard being left out of action due to injury.

Bellerin played very well on Saturday and he was certainly heading for a ‘Man of the Match’ award nomination before he suffered an injury in the second half.

According to the Gunners’ boss, Bellerin’s injury blow appears to be a serious one and that is a major concern for Arsenal, who are competing with Chelsea and now Manchester United for a top four finish.

“We have to wait until tomorrow, but it’s his knee and the first prediction is it can be an important injury. I hope not, but first impressions are not positive.” the Arsenal manager said on Saturday
