Serge Gnabry’s involvement in the 2015/16 Premier League campaign is in jeopardy after being accused of unprofessional conduct in training.

The 20-year-old was once again omitted from West Brom’s 18-man match day squad on Saturday as the baggies suffered a 2-0 defeat at Manchester United.

Gnabry, who was sent on a season-long loan to the Hawthorns during the summer, has been criticized by his manager Tony Pulis for not being “at that level to play games”.

After managing only one appearance in the Premier League this season, the German youngster is being punished for displaying ‘bad attitude’ off the pitch according to claims from the West Brom camp.

“What has been made clear is that Gnabry started the season a stone overweight and he has had a bad attitude so far in training” a West Brom season ticket holder said.

“We know Pulis likes his teams to have discipline and he is leaving the boy out for not being serious enough.”

Based on Premier League restrictions, there was no agreement between Arsenal and West Bromwich Albion over a possible recall of the player by his parent club.

Therefore, Gnabry is set to remain on the baggies’ books until May 2016.
