One of Arsene Wenger’s signings from last summer has admitted that he might not be at the club next season.
The Arsenal manager secured loan moves for several players during the summer transfer window and that trend continued last month as a host of youngsters moved elsewhere for the rest of this season.
Takuma Asano, who was allowed to join Stuttgart on a season-long loan after failing to be granted a work-permit, is yet to feature for the Gunners.
The 22-year-old is still waiting for his debut in Arsenal colours after signing for the club from Japanese side Sanfrecce Hiroshim in July.
According to Asano, who appears to be enjoying his time in Germany so far, he could remain away from Arsenal for another year
“There is no talk with the Arsenal bosses yet, but I can definitely imagine playing another year here [at Stuttgart]” the midfielder said when asked about his future at the Emirates stadium
