The international break rarely has anything to savour for most Gooners but considering the team’s current form, this was a much needed break.
The past week or so has presented many a chance to relax and be reminded of what life without Arsenal in action is like.
One of the first team stars who was out representing his country is Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, a man gradually redeeming his form in recent weeks.
Following rumours claiming he was gay, the 23-year-old moved to make it clear that he is actually dating pop artist Perrie Edwards.
And with Perrie now part of the Gooner family, here was one of her latest posts on Intagram, showing her strong affection for the Arsenal midfielder.
Perhaps this is part of the reason why the Ox has been performing much better of late.
