Arsenal still written off as pundits make bold predictions
For the good of Arsenal’s belief, it seems like not many of those who make a living on writing them off have changed their minds yet, despite the Gunners’ latest resurgence in the title race.
Here were BBC’s Alan Hansen, Lee Dixon and Adrian Chiles looking into the future – based on projected results from each fixture – on Sunday.

What? You want to listen to drivel from this doomsday threesome? Not even if life depended on (glad it doesn’t).I’ll pass…And what’s we listening to them at this crucial stage of the season? Get something better to do…go on…go watch the Arsenal Porto match again…!
Yeah, but you need something like this for motivation.
I for one I’m glad we’re not counted as favorites. Not only does it mean we have nothing to be complacent and potentially self-destruct about but being seen as favorites sometimes takes away some of the pride when you do achieve the thing.
As if the farmt twat Chiles will ever say anything nice about Arsenal. Every week his 2 bad is something ridiculing Arsenal, Dixons a C£ty fan and I won’t waste my breath on the other wanker
^Hahahaha!
whats up with dixon .Ray parlour backed arsenal even when they were 2-0 against chelsea .being an ex gunner maybe he should show some more respect to the arsenal. its fine by me that we arent considered favs. let the pundits focus on the others . we just need to keep picking up the points game by game .
Thanks for the video, Randy! It doesn’t matter what this fools think about Arsenal’s chances.
We are already written off for the EPL title and the Barcelona game. Like, Arsene says, I “believe” this team has the hunger to win!
We were written off by football fans and pundits, Scousers, Mancunians, Blues, even former Gooners. The only thing to say to them is to come to the Emirates in late May so you can see our Barclays Premiership Trophy.
That trophy will belong to Arsene Wenger, Cesc Fabulous, Dennis “aka #1 Gunner” Bergkamp, RVP and the rest of Gooner Nation. Aaron Ramsey will get his hands on the trofee.
They will kick us, make questionable calls against. If it was possible, they would store adversity in a bottle and throw it at us.
But we rise despite the difficulties.
Gooner Nation stand up!!!!!!!
Truly ever! I ve stood by this team and will stay by it forever! We are here to win this term…
Let the pundits talk whatever they want but Wenger and his boys would rather do the talking on the field. Bear in mind even though we were written off early by many people, I am very proud to say that we,The Arsenal are still in the running for these 2 major (Champion League and Premier League) championships.
all i can say is that Cheski will lose more points against aston villa, and hopefuly they manage to get a draw at old traford. The real problem for us is man usa, they will get some help by refferis just like against liver pool. But all what we can do is wining our games! And take care of our goal differenc. Anyway wining the title with these young fresh players would be great and better than ever. Oh my God how much i love to see our Cesc lifting the trophy of the title, seeing Aaron and Theo Arshavin and all the others,i even have an image in my head.
It we win all the games but draw one (which on who knows) Keep scoring and keep clean sheets we can scrap in. I want them to do it so badly I can taste it.. GO GO GUNNERS TO VICTORY. Lawrence J Beadle
All this excitement is getting me pumped! Only if we had RVP for this run to the finish line. He’d be huge for us! I’m hoping, Theo and Eduardo come good for this last stretch! Come on guys prove everyone wrong!
Randy, thanks for the video and keeping us informed about the latest happenings about The Arsenal. I must say that sometimes its a thankless job when people misunderstood your point and started calling you all kinds of names. I have this to say to you Randy, keep it up and keep it coming bearing in mind that whatever we say or do, we just can’t please everybody. Cheers mate!
To be honest, I wouldn’t still be going without you Kidz. I owe big thanks to you in particular and my graphic designer Alex for the success of this site.
And to the rest of you who give me support (Loft and co.), here’s my appreciation!
Hey Randy,
I genuinely enjoying coming here! Randy, continue doing what you are doing. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise! Keep up the good work!
Thanks, Randy!
Kidz, you are class buddy!
dear mr osae,
may be sometimes i dont agree with u on somethings,(aa),but u know its a real pleasure to come to this site ,it helps take out some depression, pressure sadness, when u know other gooners also fell the pain.thank you,mr osae, for making this site,it has been a pleasure coming here.rather its aprivelage.keep up ur good work, and one day i’ll see u at the emirates interviewing our manager.
with regards,
DKD
PS:I WAS KIDDIN THAT DAY ABOUT THE SITE
whats so surprising, nobody counts us as favourites…honestly i dont think even mr.osae, does…yeah, ofcourse we want to win,but we r not favourites and all of us know it…the main thing is to keep faith and believe…if u dont believe in this club ,im sorry,ur supporting the wrong club…THERE IS NO REASON FOR ANY ARSENAL FANS TO GET PISSED..(IM JUS SAYIN INCASE SOME DO),the fucking form messi is in,clichy and song both require to keep him shut(honestly)…keep the faith,be logical, and reason it out…thats the way we r gonna win, this is FC BARCELONA ,champions of the world, not porto….ITS NOT GONNA BE THE SAME MATCH ,ITS GONNA BE MORE DIFFICULT THAN CHELSEA AND MANU COMBINED..GET THIS POINT CLEAR…ALONG WITH MESSI THERE ARE OTHERS TOO INIESTA,XAVI ,THE KING…IBRAHAMOVIC…THIS TIS THE REAL TEST OF THIS ARSENAL SIDE,TO BE THE BEST U GOTTA BEAT THE BEST…AND THIS TIME ITS “FCBARCELONA”…”IN ARSENE WE TRUST”,KEEP THE FAITH …UP THE GUNS
Yup no surprises there. I actually think we sometimes play better when we are written off by the pundits
Please vote for your favorite Lineup for Saturday here
Cheers
Man United has the maximal psychological advantage again. The same factor which let other teams to score so mutch own goals when playing Man United.
Arsenal proves twice this season that they are psychologically also very strong. It can be easly an arsenal season. I can smell it.
RANDY!!!!!nice video man…..how about match PREVIEWS than??///birmingham and barca???/ how about it??/
Have you guys noticed Adrian’s prediction of the Manur vs Chelski game in Old Traford? He put “W” for both teams in their respective column awarding them three points for the game they play each other. That say a lot about those ‘analysts’.
Them three stooges should realise that its our team within the touching distance of the title it could be won by any three unlike the trash they support.
You’re most welcome. Its my pleasure, Randy.
You’re a class act too, Loft.
When Arsene says we wont win anything thats when its time to worry. Our run in is the easiest and now Spurs are in the Egg cup semi final they wont be too concened about upsetting us.The bookies are getting edgy look at our odds now, they are the ones who know
RANDYYYY!! thought about it??
I’ve got ‘The XI’ for Birmingham (I may write a preview since you’ve asked) and a special preview for Barca coming up.
I prefer to be written off, as it will make it all the sweater if we win.
Bad news guys, Howard Webb’s reffimg tomorrow’s game so chances are Birmingham will be getting a soft penalty or some other leg up. I suppose we’ll just have to go out and score enough goals so that he doesn’t have any influence on the final result.
