http://www1.pictures.zimbio.com/gi/Gervinho+North+Korea+v+Ivory+Coast+Group+G+FqUVkxPsRUbl.jpgAs you may have heard earlier this week, Salomon Kalou was briefly back in London from duty with Ivory Coast in Dubai to sort out his future at Chelsea which sees him with only six months left on his current contract.

The Blues are willing to offload the Ivorian striker for a cheap price, and it has been confirmed that long-time admirers Arsenal, PSG and now Liverpool have made an inquiry for Kalou.

An arrival at Arsenal for the 26-year-old would renew the Ivorian contingent at the club with Gervinho – and probably bring back a few dances – after the departures of Emmanuel Eboue and Kolo Toure.

And speaking on the show Life’s A Pitch today, journalist John Cross gave a short analysis of what Arsene Wenger could do to accommodate the signing of Salomon Kalou.
