Arsenal captain Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang had a candid message for the Gunners faithful after the clash with Bournemouth in the Premier League on Thursday.

With the recent win over West Ham being Arsenal’s only triumph in the Premier League for two months, Mikel Arteta was certainly desperate to kick off his managerial career at the club with a triumph on Thursday.

The new Arsenal boss handed Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang a start as expected at the Vitality stadium, but what was perhaps not expected was the fact that the striker was shifted over to the flanks to accommodate the presence of Alexandre Lacazette.

Despite dominating the first half, the Gunners went into the break trailing to the Cherries after a sucker-punch goal from the home side.

Arsenal were struggling to create clear-cut chances after the restart until Aubameyang coolly slotted home the equalizing goal to snatch a point for the visitors.

After the match, Aubameyang revealed to the fans that he saw and felt ‘some changes’ on the pitch in Arteta’s first game in charge.
