Arsenal have been hit by a new injury blow, just when the team was wrapping up its preparations for the upcoming Premier League season.
The Gunners suffered several injury blows during last season as the team failed to finish in the top four of the Premier League for yet another season, resulting in the departure of Arsene Wenger.
Unai Emery replaced Wenger with a clear knowledge about Arsenal’s bad luck with injuries over the years and the Spanish tactician has been looking to change that in pre-season so far.
However, right before the start of the new season, Sead Kolasinac, one of Arsenal’s key defenders has suffered an injury which will keep him out for a while.
The former Bundesliga star’s knee problem will see him miss almost three months of action, leaving Nacho Monreal as the only experienced left-back in the Gunners’ squad, heading into the new campaign.
