Arsenal star ruled out of Bayern match
Hector Bellerin has suffered an injury which will see him sit out Wednesday’s trip to Bayern Munich.
The Gunners are set to arrive in Germany later today but they will be without one of the team’s most in-form players.
Bellerin, who provided a decisive assist in Arsenal’s last clash with Bayern Munich, will not be able to travel with the first team squad after sustaining a new groin problem in training.
The news comes as a big blow to Arsene Wenger’s plans with Pep Guardiola set to welcome back the terrorizing Arjen Robben in the Champions League.
Arsenal will have to call upon Mathieu Debuchy who has managed only one start in the Premier League this season.
Bellerin will now join a growing list of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Theo Walcott, Aaron Ramsey, David Ospina, Mikel Arteta, Danny Welbeck, Jack Wilshere and Tomas Rosicky on the sidelines.
