Well-known Arsenal supporter Piers Morgan took to social media to react to the performance of the man who was leading the Gunners’ attack in the clash with Tottenham Hotspur at the Emirates stadium.
Arsenal went into the clash with Tottenham in the Premier League on the back of 18 games without defeat in all competitions which saw them beat Bournemouth away from home last weekend.
The man who happened to score the winning goal in that 2-1 win at the Vitality stadium was Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang, Arsenal’s current leading scorer in all competitions this season.
Aubameyang was handed a place in the Gunners’ starting eleven on Sunday and even though he missed a couple of golden goal scoring opportunities, he was arguably one of the best performers on the day as he scored in both halves of the game to help the hosts secure a 4-2 win.
