‘It’s embarrassing, He’s finished’ – Fans are bashing Arsenal star after Liverpool game

It looks as though much of the Arsenal faithful were not pleased with the performance of the man in goal on Friday night.

The Gunners went into the clash with Liverpool, having won their last two games by a 1-0 scoreline against Newcastle and West Ham.

Friday’s fixture held a lot of significance due to Arsenal’s pursuit of a top four finish.

However, a worrying display at the back saw the Gunners concede three goals to Jurgen Klopp’s side and settle for a draw despite leasing 3-2 at one point in the second half.

Liverpool’s equaliser with 19 minutes to go came through a notable error from Petr Cech who parried Roberto Firmino’s shot into his own net.

And that blunder has seen several fans make it clear that they have been disappointed by the man who was deemed as a difference maker when he arrived from Chelsea.

Can’t believe Cech denied an incredible come back by scoring a goal for Liverpool

Watching Liverpool’s third goal back and frankly it’s embarrassing a keeper of Cech’s calibre should be doing a lot better.

Petr Cech doesn’t have it anymore. It’s too much. We need a solid keeper. He’s finished IMO! Not good enough anymore! 😑
