EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: Watch Thomas Eisfield in action for the first time against Swansea reserves
New signing Thomas Eisfield pulled on the Arsenal shirt to play for the first time on Wednesday as the club’s reserves side defeated Swansea City 2-0.
And before being hauled off after 46 minutes with a knee problem, the 19-year-old was well involved in the Gunners’ first goal of the night as it was his shot which Swansea’s goalkeeper parried into the path of Zak Ansah who rebounded the ball home.

Oh yea!! He’s a player 4 d future wit a lot of bright prospect ahead
yes he is guy like me
You can see he’s got quality and an eye for a pass. Time will tell if he can control a game, which is what he needs to do in the Fabregas role.
Yes he’s a nice player n but we more quality players in ARSENAL TEAM.
Wishing him de best,
teach them how to shot the ball not just passing. good team need to force goal sometimes
you see, were other club are signing and extablish players, we whent ahead to buy this young boy, while we need men to boost our team, the best thing for them is to sack wenger becouse presently he is an unproductive to arsenal f.c.
Do you think that no other team buys young players? Fool. As for sacking Wenger, if he doesn’t spend money when the stadium is paid for then I’ll worry about it.
He is a awesome player. Keep it ug thomas!
i want him eisfeld to prove his worth at arsenal before jack comes back
I have a feeling that if Eisfeld can remain fit he will develop into a great creative midfielder much like Fabregas was for us. We need to be patient with his development because unfortunately Arsenal have created a situation where there are voids within the first team that we wish the manager would fill. He is one for the future…
just only if this boy can save us but al the blem goes to winger by nt to singe a big star let kep on prayen to GOD
we already have kids better than him, aneke is more skillful, powerful and can score from the midfield. in this game ozyakup played better than him, unfortunately wenger sees things differently these days. even as a young winger miyaichi and chamberlain are better. wow! our january signing hey arsene!
i think arsene wanted mario gotze on the cheap so the german told him he can have this cheap version of mario, just to show arsenal fans he signed someone from dortmund
way too many attacking midfielders on the books…
I wonder who would win in an inter match between the first team and reserves right now? The passing philosophy has been upheld in the reserves whereas that ethos is lost on the current first team. It’s just ridiculous.
this is future we are in trouble
I see he got injured! Arsenal DNA right there. Lol
Wenger pls if thomas can do better than ramsey let him start now plssssssssssssssssssssssssssss’
Bottom Line …. He’s a Boy, but we need Men !! …. We have 18 boys out on loan – nuff said
I liked what i am seeing in this video. His off the ball running and positioning is good . Isn’t fair to compare him with Fabregas or Wilshere yet. Still an unfinished product.
