EXCLUSIVE: Watch Park Chu-Young’s fantastic strike yesterday as Arsenal reserves thrashed Baggies
Andre Santos was supposed to be the star of the show yesterday as he featured for the Gunners’ reserves in their fixture against West Bromwich Albion.
The Brazilian left-back made his return to action after three months out with an injury, playing for 60 minutes as Arsenal’s boys thrashed the Baggies 3-0.

But the man who really stole the show was out-of-favour striker Park Chu-Young who put in yet another impressive performance for the club’s reserves after being paired with fellow ‘flop’ Marouane Chamakh upfront.
The Korean yet again gave manager Arsene Wenger no excuses to deny him playing time as he unleashed a sublime effort in the first-half to hand the Gunners the first goal of their victory over West Brom on Tuesday night.
Enjoy!

It doesn’t matter what i think, Wenger will never play him!!
From that clip looks like Aneke was bossing it too, powerful and silky.
Big old Chucks looks a talent. Wouldn’t be surprised if he was playing cup games for the first team next season. Nice to see the young lads playing well together and sticking to the Arsenal philosophy.
the only striker better than him at the club is RVP.The others are not even close.
Don’t get too carried away about this so called ‘thrashing’.
WBA fielded 4 1st year players and Arsenal 4 internationals….
as far as le stubborn is concerned chamakh will still be ahead of him.
funny thing is our park is better than the mancunian one. have you seen his freekicks?
and we waste so much of them this seasons and he can’t even get a place on the bench
enjoy!

Park really hasn’t done anything wrong in the little chances he has had to play. I am surprised he hasn’t been given more instead of Chamakh who seems to be finished completely

We are in d spirit we ready to challange 4 d third place tottteham be ready 4 war
the guy is doing well, prof please give him more chances
i just hope AW will give Park a chance to show his stuff in the 1st team soon. He is infact skipper for South Korea and that should mean something to AW…
