The brother of Arsene Wenger has spoken on the Arsenal manager’s current situation which sees him under severe pressure.

Arsenal began the 2016/17 season with expectations fairly high following the late signings of Lucas Perez and Shkodran Mustafi.

However, a mid-season collapse has undermined the bright start Wenger’s side made to the campaign which saw them win seven straight games in the Premier Legaue at one point.

Following recent disappointing performances from the Gunners, several fans and pundits have called for the club to say goodbye to its longest-serving manager.

And according to, Guy Wenger, his brother’s certainly in a worrying position at the moment.

“I feel sympathy for Arsene. The situation is not good for him. But it is his problem, not mine.” Guy was quoted as saying by the Mirror

“I was not in Munich for the match, I watched on television.

“I don’t know if Arsenal can come back now.”
