Arsenal star Olivier Giroud made another notable contribution for France in their World Cup qualifying clash against Belarus on Wednesday.
The 31-year-old star has once again seen his playing time with the Arsenal first team limited this season, largely due to the arrival of Alexandre Lacazette.
However, Giroud has maintained his reputation as key part of the France national team and he was handed a start in this week’s World Cup qualifier.
The former Montepellier striker featured for the entire 90 minutes and managed to score in the first half as Les Blues defeated Belarus 2-1 at home.
