Tuesday night’s dramatic clash with Ludogorets was one to remember not just for Mesut Ozil who scored a brilliant winning goal but for Granit Xhaka as well.
The 24-year-old is still finding his feet at Arsenal after leaving Borussia Mochenglabach to join the Gunners during the summer transfer window.
Xhaka has already opened his account in the Premier League where he found the net with a stunning long-range effort in the 4-1 victory over Hull City.
The Switzerland international followed that up with an equally sublime effort against Nottingham Forest a few days later in the League Cup.
