Arsenal have been handed much better news on the injury front ahead of the clash with Paris Saint-Germain.
Arsene Wenger’s side are heading into the vital Champions League clash on the back of consecutive draws to Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United in the Premier League.
Fitness concerns have also taken its toll on Arsenal with at least five players now sidelined.
However, Lucas Perez, who was struggling to recover from an ankle problem, could be the first man to return to action.
According to reports, the 28-year-old managed to participate in a light training session on Tuesday morning.
The early return of Perez is courtesy of effective treatment he received at his old club Deportivo La Coruna after traveling back to Spain following his injury against Reading in the League Cup.
