One of Arsenal’s loaned out players received a great message from his temporary club on Saturday ahead of his return to the Emirates stadium this summer.

After replacing Arsene Wenger at the club at this time last year, Unai Emery made sure to complete a number of changes to balance out the squad.

One of those moves saw him send out Reiss Nelson on loan to Hoffenheim in the German top flight after the young attacker had displayed his quality during the Gunners’ pre-season fixtures.

Nelson’s short-term departure on loan actually surprised a few fans who were expecting him to be kept in the squad, especially with several wingers being sold by the club a few months earlier in the 2018 January transfer window.
