‘I know the quality’: Pundit says ‘there will be no stopping’ this Arsenal 22-year-old

Scottish football pundit Kevin Gallacher has spoken about his expectations for one of the Gunners’ signings from last summer’s transfer window.
Under the management of Unai Emery, Arsenal made a host of new additions last summer as the club looked to secure a place back in the Champions League.
One of the Gunners’ acquisitions was Kieran Tierney, who completed a move to the Emirates stadium towards the end of the transfer window.
The 22-year-old has featured thus far in the suspended 2019/20 season, having been troubled by injuries for much of the campaign.
Tierney succumbed to a shoulder injury last December which saw him spend quite a while on the sidelines before making a return to first team training right before the season was paused by the coronavirus outbreak.
But with age on the defender’s side, Mikel Arteta has a reason to keep faith in Tierney and Scottish football pundit Kevin Gallacher has spoken highly of the young Gunner’s future.
“I know the quality Kieran has,” he told the Glasgow Evening Times.
“He just has to show that consistently for Arsenal. It is only a matter of time before he comes good. He has just got to get through this period. When he does that there will be no stopping him.”
