please forget that greedy scum, talking about him is a big waste of time. this arsenal fan probaly loved adebayor and is upset so what ! cesc looks that hes having a bad time on the pitch any ideas whats wrong ??
I’m no Arsenal fan, I’m actually an LA Galaxy fan…but we recently had an issue with a certain English guy and his disrespect. Its perfectly OK, the only thing you have to do first is cut off the club crest from the shirt…as to show no disrespect to the badge. And then the shirt is good for the burning.
Throwing it away which will soon goes into incinerator where everything(fabric, names , badge, club crest,…) will be burnt away. Just take it this fan takes the shortest process to discard the disliked Ade jersey. Gunner Kuwait is right! forget Ade, he is not worth to talk about anymore. There are many more Arsenal players we continue to support. Vermalen for the start who does well.
he has the right but to each their own. It is a little disrespectful to the Arsenal crest on the front.
I think Cesc was a little upset about something but I don’t know what? He did look happy earlier in the game but that goal didn’t do anything for him. I wonder if he was just tired and didn’t want to rub it in. Celebrating like a class act unlike someone we know.
Cesc will be fine. Yesterdays game is a start to 6 straight and making the Chelski game that much more important.
Randy, what’s your thought on the matter? As I said to you few days back on Facebbok, I was wondering what to do with mine. Maybe I should just find a way to remove the name from the back and keep the shirt handy for our next #25. Any thoughts???
i can never burn an arsenal shirt,if i do that for whatsoever reason,i am not worthy of supporting a team like arsenal anymore……indiangunner14 …..gunner for life
you guys got it all wrong…this is actually a sign of respect towards the crest…just as you burn a flag whenever it touches the ground…the crest should be burned for touching the dirty cock’s name and number
I know this argument may be getting silly and out of hand, but I would argue that burning is the most honourable way to discard of an Arsenal shirt. The Greeks, Vikings, etc. all used funeral pyres to send off their greatest warriors (not that Adebayor is a great warrior…Arsenal are the great ones)…cutting it up or discarding it just seems so much more disgraceful to me
By the way, I read with much amusement over the report in the local press regarding Adebayor’s reason for venting his anger towards The Arsenal players and fans. He tried to justified his actions by saying that he felt hurt because The Arsenal players refuse to shake his hand and verbal abused he received. Come on, tell me which player and managar did not receive fans abuse while playing be it home or away? Is he being naive?? Also, by going around stamping on opponents just be’cos of handshakes?? What a shitty excuse!! The more I think about it, I won’t be burning jersey only but shorts too .
guys, whats your facebook name???….add me….kyriako vamvakides….started a group called “foxsports posters”….join up…go arsenal….and he had the right…bought the shirt….

Very, very right.

Priceless!
Glad the taint is gone.

Well..The shirt shouldn’t go on the fire..adebayor shuld!
Yep.
No doubt about it, really.
Yes but he’s burning OUR shirt! What he should’ve done is cut out Ade’s name out then burn just his name.
so its okay to cut up a shirt…but not burn it…

Adebayor is history and let’s move on.
