Well-known Arsenal fan Piers Morgan has taken to Twitter to plead with one of Arsenal’s key players over leaving the club this month.

Thursday saw the Gunners confirm that a deal has been agreed with Valencia over the sale of Francis Coquelin.

It now seems as though the Arsenal squad which looked very deep not too long ago is increasingly shrinking in options as injuries to key players continue to be a problem as well.

However, with the future of Alexis Sanchez put into further doubt in recent weeks, there could be more departures approved by Wenger before the end of this month.

The speculation about the Chilean international appears to have taken its toll on much of the Arsenal faithful.

And as a result, Piers Morgan is calling for the Gunners to allow the exit of Sanchez this month with Premier League rivals Manchester City seemingly his most likely destination…
