Key player ruled out of upcoming Arsenal fixture

Arsenal have received a massive boost ahead of the Premier League clash against Manchester City on December 18.

The Gunners are currently keeping pace with several title rivals in what is has been a very open race for the Premier League crown so far this season.

Arsene Wenger’s have been hit with several injury blows ahead of the upcoming fixtures in the December which will go a long way in deciding their fate come May.

However, there is some good news for Arsenal who will face a Manchester City side missing at least one of its most important players in two weeks.

Sergio Aguero, who has been in blistering form for the blues this season, was issued a straight red card in the 3-1 defeat to Chelsea on Saturday.

As a result, the Argentine superstar will sit out the next three games for Pep Guardiola’s side after a harsh tackle on David Luiz.

In addition to that, Fernandinho, another key member of City’s starting eleven, is ruled out for the same amount games after receiving his own marching orders in the loss to Chelsea.
