Arsenal will be looking to somehow make it two wins in a row when they welcome Manchester City to the Emirates stadium on Sunday.

Prior to Monday, the Gunners had gone nine games without a win in all competitions, the club’s worst run of form in more than three decades.

Having sacked Unai Emery, the Arsenal hierarchy will be hoping to see things improve on the pitch even before a new permanent manager is hired.

Freddie Ljungberg guided the team to a draw on Thursday as a second half comeback saw the Gunners snatch top spot in their Europa League group.

Arsenal will have a tougher test even against an out of form Manchester City side this weekend, with a place in the top four of the Premier League still up for grabs to an extent.

Thus, Ljungberg has to name a line up which does not have several mistake-prone players and that is perhaps why Rob Holding should step in for David Luiz.
