The Gunners have been handed a significant boost ahead of the clash with West Ham in the Premier League this weekend.

Unai Emery has witnessed his side bounce back from the 5-1 humiliation against Liverpool by winning their last two games against Fulham in the league and Blackpool in the FA Cup.

One man who was not able to feature in neither of those fixtures was Mesut Ozil, a player who has become the subject of more speculation in the January transfer window.

However, ahead of the clash with West Ham, it has been confirmed that the German star will be available for selection.

“Returned to full training.(Left knee)” an official update from the club said on Wednesday morning.

Ozil’s creativity has been missed by the Gunners over the past two weeks and his return will be a big boost for Emery.

The former Real Madrid star’s last appearance for Arsenal was in the 1-1 draw away to Brighton in the Premier League.

Despite rumours which have suggested that he might leave the club, Ozil has maintained that he is willing to stay at the Emirates stadium.
