Nasri begins recovery in crutches
Samir Nasri has began recovery process after fracturing his right fibula. The French midfielder was taken home on Tuesday following the training camp incident in Austria which saw him stricken down and expected to be sidelined for almost two months.
The 22-year-old was reportedly victim to an accidental clash with a teammate and Arsene Wenger gave his reaction to the incident after the preseason match against SC Columbia.
He said: “He was training well but was mistakenly kicked. His injury is a simple fracture of the fibula and not too serious. Nasri should be out for six weeks” He told Arsenal TV
Similar to Eduardo’s recovery process, Nasri will take rest for a few weeks until his leg gains some strength for fitness exercises to begin.
At his preference, he may begin complete rehabilitation in his native surroundings – potentially France – like Van Persie did in Netherlands while Eduardo chose to fly out to Brazil in the summer of 2008.
Get well soon Nasri!!!
the lord will strengthen his health.but wenger should pls get us new signings.
Wenger’s case is spiritual..we all beta start praying 4 Arsenal..cos i don’t see him doing any meaningful signing.
so any guesses who kicked him.
I say Eboue, as we gunners blame him for everything now Adebuyor has gone.
Diaby accidentally injured him. Get well soon, Nasri.
