Arsene Wenger has confirmed that another Arsenal star will join Jack Wilshere on the sidelines for the rest of the season.
The Gunners have been troubled by injury woes in recent years and the story has hardly been different this season.
Arsenal were already dealt with the bad news of Jack Wilshere’s broken leg and ahead of the FA Cup semi-final against Manchester City, Jeff Reine-Adelaide’s season has also been ended.
The promising French youngster has suffered a severe ankle problem which will rule him out for the rest of the campaign.
“He has got an ankle injury and is out for the rest of the season.” Wenger said
“It is not future-threatening problem, but it will take him six weeks so this season is basically finished for him.”
