Arsenal have agreed a deal which will see the club offload one of the first team stars on a loan move before the start of the 2018/19 season. 

Unai Emery is putting the finishing touches on his preparations ahead of the first game of the season this weekend.

The new Arsenal manager has had a very busy transfer window which has seen him sign several players and he is now looking to trim down his squad.

As a result, the club confirmed on Tuesday evening that a deal had been agreed with Fulham over a loan move for Calum Chambers.

The 23-year-old’s move to Craven Cottage comes as a bit of a surprise due to the fact that he was rewarded with a new contract at the club only a few weeks ago.
