Arsenal shareholder hits out at Arsene Wenger
Arsenal shareholder Piers Morgan has continued his campaign calling for the departure of Arsene Wenger after this season.
The Gunners appear to be preparing for Europa League football for the first time in Wenger’s 21-year reign after failing to sustain a serious title challenge this year.
Despite winning their last four games in a row, Arsenal will need a miracle to occur on the final day of the season in order to secure a top four finish.
And after witnessing Wenger’s men fall well behind newly crowned champions Chelsea in the title race, Morgan has fired more criticism at the Arsenal manager.
Oh shut up, Wenger.
We're 18pts behind the Champions, 8 more than we ended up behind Leicester last year. https://t.co/HiCZWWRjnO— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) May 18, 2017
