Unai Emery and his men are still wrapping up their preparations for the upcoming season with pre-season now close to being over.

The new Arsenal boss, who was at Paris Saint-Germain at this time last year, has been charged with the task of securing a return to the Champions League for the Gunners, who are set to compete in the Europa League for another season.

Several changes have already been made at the club following the departure of Arsene Wenger, after 22 long years of the Frenchman being in charge.

Shkodran Mustafi will certainly be one of the players who will be hoping to remain in Unai Emery’s plans after his roller-coaster season last year.

The defender, who is pocketing £90,000-a-week wages, was left out of Germany’s squad for the 2018 World Cup in Russia but he has shown in pre-season so far that he still has something to offer the Gunners.

Here was Mustafi joining the rest of the squad in training….
