Alexis Sanchez appears to have sent out a subtle message to the public about his frustration with life at Arsenal at the moment.
The Chile international missed the Gunners’ first two Premier Leagues of the new campaign after returning late for preseason due to his involvement in the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup.
However, Sanchez was handed a start on Sunday as the Gunners traveled to Liverpool on the back of a 1-0 defeat to Stoke City last weekend.
The performance was even more disappointing than the one at the Bet365 stadium as Jurgen Klopp’s side won 4-0 after scoring two goals in each half.
Sanchez, who has been frequently linked with a departure, was replaced by Olivier Giroud in the 62nd minute and his reaction on the bench has already gone viral.
