Picture: Good news as another Arsenal star returns ahead of Vorskla clash
The Gunners have been handed yet another injury boost ahead of the trip to Vorskla in the Europa League on Thursday evening.
The Gunners went into the clash with Bournemouth on Sunday with an impressive record which had seen them avoid defeat in 16 straight games.
Thanks to a goal from top-scorer Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang in the second half, Arsenal were able to secure a 2-1 victory against the Cherries.
One player who has been seen in much action in recent weeks is Stephan Lichsteiner, who agreed to moved to the Emirates stadium from Juventus during the summer transfer window.
The veteran defender has been used as a squad player so far this season, filling in when Hector Bellerin or Nacho Monreal are not in action.
Lichsteiner has recently been sidelined by injury problems but ahead of the clash with Vorskla in the Europa League on Thursday, the full-back has managed to return to training and here was a snapshot…
