S j little November 9, 2014 Arsenal should sack Wenger, get rid of the poor players he has accumulated, and rebuild the team under a new manager now so that we might actually have proper team for next season. Give us on this clueless unintelligent lot and get back to playing real football instead of this boring stuff that only Wenger can’t see will never win anything. He isn the person to lead this team forward. zigzag November 10, 2014 What is Bould’s job at our club? One would think he is there to coach our defence and if so he deserves sacking most of all. GILBO November 10, 2014 I think all the teams that played in the Champions League & Europa (?) Cup last week all had hangovers from them. The teams that meet them rub their hands anticipating them to be tired or overplayed. Emmanuel November 10, 2014 arsenal cannot progress beyond their current position in world football as long as Wenger remains arsenal manager. he has lost that motivation for personal glory and club success which he had when he came in 1996. today’s football is played by quality players and only clubs with quality players succeed. that’s is the reason real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Chelsea and man city invest heavily in world class players and excel today. Wenger has become deluded by believing that he can match these clubs with the quality of players in his squad. he has stayed on for too long and grown so myopic that he can no longer see that obvious shortcomings in the squad as seen by people outside the club. therefore Wenger must leave arsenal and allow the board to engage a new manager with a greater ambition than winning the ‘trophy’ of qualifying for the uefa champions league. a club of the size of arsenal should not parade such average players like mertesacker, flamini, Monreal or arteta as first team players in today’s modern football. under the present situation arsenal is gradually but surely creeping into a state of mediocrity. the board must prevent this from happening, if only for the sake of the clubs teeming supporters. jon fox November 10, 2014 Agreed. We need all true Arsenal lovers to help reclaim our club Hussein Kurdi November 10, 2014 this result of last two games caused by Wenger transfer policy , last year he played One striker, and this year playing with only two central defense players, that policy was started before Ten years by the Coach. I think, he will not change any thing so must be go; whereisthepassionlads? November 10, 2014 The worst thing about the losses are that our bench is much stronger than it was last season no matter what anyone says. So why Wenger doesnt use his squad to the max potential is what is frustrating. Waiting beyond the 70th minute to make any change and then makes the other two changes in the 85+min … What is the point??!! As I said, we have a squad and I believe Wenger should drop Welbeck for Podolski just to see the difference in goal scoring ability. Bellerin is also the same age as Chambers and to say one is ready for the PL and the other just the bench is ridiculous, especially after seeing how handsy Chambers is, he will concede a few more penalties this season. Wenger should get the sack, for the plain reason that after 18 years in England and 30 years overall managing a football club to think that you can go a full season with just two first team CB’s. He clearly doesnt want to play Chambers as a CB. I would play Monreal as a RB if Wenger is so adamant on playing him, as a FB he should be much better accustomed to this position. FRUSTRATED!! MAKE SUBS BETWEEN 55-62 MINUTES!!
