Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has been active on social media following the clash with Leicester City in the Premier League on Monday night.
The Gabon international agreed to move to the Emirates stadium during the January transfer window in a deal which saw him become the most expensive player to be ever signed by the Gunners.
Aubameyang started this season as the lone striker upfront for Arsenal for a couple of games before Unai Emery decided to partner him up with Alexandre Lacazette as the pair combined to score, much to the delight of the Arsenal faithful.
However, the former Borussia Dortmund striker was named on the bench for the clash against Fulham prior to the international break – a game which saw him come off the bench to score.
Aubameyang repeated that feat on Monday night in much-needed fashion as he scored the second and third goals for Arsenal in the 3-1 win over Leicester City, despite being named on the bench once again.
Here is what the striker had to say on social media after the final whistle…
