The Gunners are now wrapping up their preparations for this weekend’s important clash with fierce rivals Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.

Arsene Wenger’s men are now aware that any more dropped points could completely finish off their hopes of challenging league leaders Manchester City who are 12 points ahead of them.

Arsenal’s clash with Pep Guardiola’s side almost two weeks ago saw the away side attempt to deal with a defensive injury crisis by deploying Francis Coquelin at centre-back.

But ahead of Saturday’s clash against Spurs, Wenger is likely to have better options to call upon at the back with Shkodran Mustafi now back in training.
