Pictures: New Gunner trains with Arsenal teammates for the first time ahead of Man City

New Arsenal signing Denis Suarez had his first individual training session at London Colney yesterday but he had to wait until Friday to train with his new teammates in a full squad session.

The Gunners managed to secure the signing of the 25-year-old this week, following a month of unending transfer rumours.

At one point during the January window, Arsenal’s move to sign Denis Suarez appeared to have gone dead as the club identified others targets like Ivan Perisic and Christopher Nkunku.

Much to the delight of the Arsenal faithful though, Suarez has finally completed his move to the Emirates stadium and his arrival comes only days before an important trip to Manchester City.

It is still unclear whether the 25-year-old will be included in the squad which travels to the Etihad stadium but he has been able to train with the rest of the first team squad for the first time.
