Well-known Arsenal supporter Piers Morgan has reacted to the Gunners’ 2-0 win over Everton on Sunday which extended the team’s winning run to five games in all competitions.

Unai Emery’s men kicked off the new campaign with a couple of terrible results as they lost 2-0 at home to Manchester City on the opening day of the season before being beaten 3-2 at Stamford Bridge by Chelsea a week later.

The Gunners have bounced back with several wins ever since those losses and ahead of Sunday’s game, they were on the back of three wins in a row in the Premier League and four wins in a row in all competitions.

Even though Everton threatened and threatened on Sunday, the away side failed to score and they were punished by quick-fire goals from Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang in the second half.
