Well-known Arsenal supporter Piers Morgan reacted to the equalizer which Crystal Palace snatched on Sunday by questioning the efforts of one of the Gunners’ attacking players in the build up to the goal.
Unai Emery’s men went into the clash with Crystal Palace in the Premier League on the back of eleven straight victories in all competitions which came after back-to-back defeats against title rivals Manchester City and Chelsea.
The Gunners were hoping to secure another win on the road after managing to see off Sporting Lisbon in the Europa League on Thursday courtesy of a late goal from Danny Welbeck.
But even though Arsenal were able to recover from going behind on the stroke of half time as goals from Granit Xhaka and Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang gave them the lead, there was one final twist to the tale.
Alexandre Lacazette gave away the ball and Palace earned a penalty at the other end which they scored to snatch a point.
