Piers Morgan reacts to Frankfurt loss with six words most fans now agree with
Piers Morgan took to social media to react to the Gunners’ loss at home to Frankfurt on Thursday night and it was hard not to agree with the famous Arsenal supporter.
The Gunners left much of the Emirates stadium crowd frustrated over the weekend as they came very close to losing to lowly Southampton before a late goal from Alexandre Lacazette salvaged an unwanted draw.
On Thursday, a majority of the Arsenal faithful voted with their feet as the team played in a largely empty stadium.
Even though Unai Emery’s side managed to take the lead in the first half, their inability to go a game without conceding proved to be decisive yet again as Frankfurt hit back with a couple of goals in the second half.
It was yet another worrying result for the Gunners and Piers Morgan took to social media to share his thoughts on Emery’s future after the final whistle.
